O Juan Gil Etiqueta Plata Rouge 2021 est un vin espagnol au caractère marqué, élaboré principalement à partir du raisin Monastrell, cultivé dans des vignes anciennes de la région de Jumilla. Ce rouge présente des arômes intenses de fruits mûrs, tels que la prune et la cerise, combinés à des notes d'épices et une légère touche de grillé provenant du vieillissement en fûts de chêne. Corsé et bien structuré, il possède des tanins doux et une finale persistante, étant un excellent choix pour accompagner des plats de viandes grillées et des fromages affinés.
