Herdade Papa Leite Pacto do Diabo Tinto Vendange : Vendange manuelle, les raisins étant transportés en caisses de 10 kg pour éviter leur écrasement. Œnologie : Fermentation alcoolique en cuve inoxydable pendant trois semaines, avec une température de fermentation contrôlée à 24º C. Élevage : Après fermentation alcoolique et malolactique, le vin a été élevé pendant 18 mois en fûts neufs de chêne français et américain.
