Vinification of Vinho Vale Dona Maria Vinha de Martim Branco 2020: Destemmed grapes, lightly crushed in a pneumatic press, with the resulting must decanted into 2,500 liter stainless steel vats for 24 hours at 10º C and then passed into new French oak barrels of 225 liters, where it fermented for 25 days at controlled temperatures between 10ºC and 14ºC. Aged in the same barrels for 9 months, with battonage.
