Borges Reserva Tinto - DouroVinificação: Desengace total das uvas seguido de suave esmagamento. Parte do lote é vinificado inicialmente pelo método tradicional de lagar com pisa a pé, terminando a fermentação em cuba de inox, sendo que o restante lote é vinificado apenas em cuba de inox. Em ambas as vinificações, é efectuada uma breve maceração pré-fermentativa, seguida de fermentação em curtimenta de 6-8 dias a temperatura controlada 28-30ºC com remontagens relativamente frequentes. após a fermentação alcoólica é feito um período de maceração após o qual se separa o vinho das massas com as quais fermentou. Todo o vinho estagia em barricas de carvalho francês durante 18 meses.
