Vinificação do Vinho Meandro Tinto: Após esmagamento as uvas passam por um choque térmico seguido de pisa a pé durante quatro horas em lagares de granito. O mosto é transferido para cubas de vinificação de pequena capacidade com controlo de temperatura. As castas são vinificadas separadamente. Este vinho estagiou em barricas de segundo e terceiro ano de 225 litros de carvalho francês Allier. Estagiou durante 14 meses em barricas de segundo e terceiro ano.
