Winemaking of Quinta de Lemos Nelita Rose: This wine is obtained after direct pressing of the red grapes of Touriga Nacional. It undergoes all alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 13ºC. Following this, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, of which 20% are new. A total of 1200 bottles were produced.
