Seven years after the conception of the original Sharish Gin recipe, inspiration arose to imagine what Sharish would be like if Distiller António Cuco decided to create it in 2021, with all the knowledge accumulated about botanicals and distillation since 2014. The fundamental elements of botanicals originals were preserved, but there was an intriguing twist. The orange and lemon were replaced by tangerine, bergamot and kaffir lime. Additionally, some of the distiller's favorite aromas and flavors have been added, such as lemon balm, cardamom and orange blossom. The result is a more classic gin, with improved dryness and greater complexity.
