O Donnhoff Riesling Qualitatswein Trocken Branco é um Riesling seco elegante e vibrante da região da Nahe, na Alemanha, com uvas cultivadas em solos vulcânicos ricos em porfirito, xisto e quartzito. No copo, brilha com tom amarelo-palha esbranquiçado e revela um buquê delicado e preciso de frutas de caroço (pêssego branco e damasco), cítricos e um leve toque herbal, sustentado por uma mineralidade fresca e salina. Na boca, é seco, com acidez vibrante, estrutura cristalina e final longo e firme, com sensação revigorante e mineral típica do terroir da Nahe. O vinho é refrescante e de alta finesse, ideal para acompanhar mariscos, peixe grelhado, pratos com especiarias leves ou legumes grelhados, sendo perfeitamente agradável já agora ou com potencial de guarda de alguns anos
