It is this love story that daily inspires all those who work to produce this single-varietal Encruzado from Casa de Santar.Vinification of Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Encruzado White 2016: Crushing with total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification, alcoholic fermentation at 16°C in new French oak barrels.Aging: 12 months in new French oak barrels, of which 3 months on fine lees – Batonnage. Followed by 6 months of maturation in bottle.
