This is a very old Madeira wine, classified as "frasqueira", which was part of the wine collection of the family that owns this wine company. It is made from the Boal variety, a noble grape variety, in years of high quality and excellent harvest, using grapes from the best vineyards on Madeira Island. Before bottling, it benefited from a long period of aging in old oak barrels, at the temperature recommended in the warehouses of this century-old company. In this way, it managed to develop into a characteristic Madeira Wine, a result of the variety from which it was produced, with quality structure, aroma and full-bodied flavor. Allow us to remind you that it is important to let the wine breathe for some time after being opened, in order to develop the fullness of its aromas.
