Vinificação do Vinho Beyra Grande Reserva Tinto 2020 Magnum: Vindima manual, recepção com desengace total e esmagamento de imediato. Fermentação entre os 22 - 26 ºC durante cerca de 7 dias com maceração suave em cubas de cimento, maceração recorrendo à clássica técnica de “delestage”, cerca de 3 a 4 por fermentação, fermentação maloláctica em barricas usadas.
