Description
The color is copper-pink with a hint of raspberry when the fry evolve into salmon during aging. The fine bubbles are due to a rigorous selection of the best grapes, perfectly controlled temperature in the cellar and very long aging. The initial aromas of currant and red fruits evolve into morello cherry, wild strawberry and violet as you breathe in the glass. A touch of lemon denotes the discreet presence of Chardonnay. With age, the aromas tend towards dark fruits such as dark cherry, fig and blackberry. Reveals red fruit captured in its total freshness. The finish is bright and long.
