It is planted on terraces of 2 slopes at an altitude of approximately 650 meters at Quinta dos Castelares. After total destemming and a slight pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel with controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels, followed by batonnage for approximately 6 months on fine lees.
