Quinta dos Murças Minas stammt von Weinbergen, die an einem Hang zwischen 110 und 300 Metern Höhe gepflanzt sind. Diese nach Süden ausgerichteten, sonnenexponierteren Weinberge produzieren Trauben mit höherer Konzentration. An denselben Hängen gibt es mehrere Wasserquellen, die die Umgebung kühlen und ein Gleichgewicht zwischen der höheren Reife und der für Murças so typischen Frische ermöglichen. Weinbereitung des Quinta das Murças Minas Tinto 2021: Manuelle Lese, Sortiertisch, Entrappung, Quetschen, alkoholische Gärung mit einheimischen Hefen bei kontrollierten Temperaturen (25º bis 28ºC) in Granitlagern mit Fußstampfen und Pressung in einer alten vertikalen Presse. In Betontanks und gebrauchten französischen Eichenfässern für etwa 9 Monate.
