Der Wein Quinta do Portal Auru Tinto 2019 wird in kleinen Gärbottichen bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 26-28ºC mazeriert und verwendet Schwerkrafttechniken zur Bewegung von Trauben/Most/Wein. Dieser einzigartige Wein, mit sehr begrenzter Produktion, ist das Ergebnis einer Mischung der üblichen Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz und Touriga Franca, die anschließend in kleinen Gärbottichen vinifiziert wird, was uns einen sehr intimen Ansatz im Prozess ermöglicht, der die Frucht maximal respektiert und eine sehr sanfte Extraktion durchführt.
