Vinifizierung des Vinho Duorum Branco: Bei der Ankunft im Weinkeller werden die Trauben 48 Stunden lang bei niedriger Temperatur gelagert. Nach dem Entrappen werden die Trauben gepresst, gefolgt von der alkoholischen Gärung. Etwa 30 % der Charge wird in französischen Eichenfässern vergoren. Der Rest gärt in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur zwischen 14 und 16ºC.
