Vinifizierung des Weins Conde D Ervideira Private Selection Tinto 2019: Aus der Auswahl der besten Traubenpartien, sortenrein vinifiziert. Der Aragonez fermentiert in "vinimatics", während die beiden anderen Rebsorten, Trincadeira und Alicante Bouschet, in Lagares mit mechanischem Stampfroboter vergären. Der Prozess erfolgt bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 25ºC. Reifung für 12 Monate hauptsächlich in neuen Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Die Cuvée wird anschließend abgefüllt und verbleibt für 18 Monate im Keller.
