Dieser Wein stammt aus einer Parzelle mit Baga-Reben, die in der anspruchsvollen Saison 2014 sehr strengen Anbaupraktiken unterzogen wurden. Die Trauben wurden manuell geerntet und sorgfältig mit vollständiger Mazeration in einer Presse mit pneumatischem Treter vinifiziert. Nach der malolaktischen Gärung reifte der Wein 12 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern und anschließend 18 Monate in Zementtanks, wie es in unserem Haus seit jeher Tradition ist. Im Jahr 2017 wurde er ohne jegliche Klär- oder Stabilisierungsbehandlung in Flaschen abgefüllt.
Tiefe Brombeeren
Schöne Struktur, Frische und Länge im Mund. Wahrnehmung aromatischer Empfindungen, spürbar durch direkten Nasengeruch. Tannine vorhanden, aber gut gezähmt. Große Alterungsfähigkeit.
Sehr fein und elegant, mit den für diese Sorte typischen Noten von Eukalyptus, Harzen, schwarzen Früchten, getrockneten Feigen, Heu und Gewürzen.
