Der Soalheiro Granit offenbart die mineralischste Seite der Rebsorte Alvarinho. Es ist ein Alvarinho, der aus einer spezifischen Auswahl von Weinbergen stammt, die über 200 Meter Höhe gepflanzt sind, und die Mineralität zeigt, die den granitischen Ursprung des Terroirs von Monção und Melgaço mit der Rebsorte Alvarinho verbindet, verfeinert durch Batonnage und Lagerung auf der Feinhefe. Die Gärung erfolgt in Edelstahltanks bei einer höheren Temperatur als üblich bei Weißweinen, was ein elegantes und mineralischeres Aroma mit einem trockenen und anhaltenden Abgang zeigt.
