Whisky The Macallan Harmony Collection - Vibrant Oak The fourth edition of the Harmony Collection was created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil to tell our story of oak in an imaginative, visual, and innovative way. The whisky, crafted by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, is matured in a combination of American oak casks seasoned with first-fill sherry and reused sherry casks. These were carefully selected to provide the classic flavors of American oak – vanilla, citrus, and sweet oak – naturally extracted from the cask during maturation, with a medium and sweet finish that lingers delicately.

Creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery cookies, slightly toasted coconut with almond crunch, apple, and sweet oak. Medium finish, sweet and persistent with notes of vanilla.
