Vinifikation des Burmester Jockey Club Reserve Tawny Port: Die Trauben werden zum optimalen Zeitpunkt von Hand geerntet, entrappt, zerkleinert und nach einem Verfahren vinifiziert, das auf einer sorgfältigen Mazeration mit Extraktion von Farbe, Tanninen und Aromen aus den Schalen basiert. ergänzt durch permanentes Umpumpen während der Reifung. Dies geschieht in Edelstahltanks bei einer kontrollierten Temperatur zwischen 28 und 30 °C, bis der gewünschte Baumé-Grad erreicht ist. In dieser Phase wird der Weinbrand hinzugefügt (Genuss), wodurch ein Likörwein entsteht. Wein von sehr guter Qualität, der durch die Mischung von Weinen unterschiedlichen Reifegrads und unterschiedlicher Herkunft entsteht und so einen reifen, kräftigen und intensiven Endwein garantiert.
