Vinha Grande Rosé zeichnet sich durch die Verbindung zwischen einer guten aromatischen Intensität und einer bemerkenswerten Säure aus, die ihm eine außergewöhnliche Eleganz verleiht. Er offenbart in seiner besten Form das gesamte Potenzial der Douro-Region bei der Produktion von hochwertigen Rosé-Weinen. Die Trauben werden im Weinberg ausgewählt und in Kisten direkt zur Presse transportiert, wo eine sehr sanfte Extraktion erfolgt, wobei nur der Most von bester Qualität ausgewählt wird. Nach einer Dekantierung bei niedriger Temperatur und dem Erreichen der notwendigen Klarheit folgt eine lange alkoholische Gärung, die durch ausgewählte Hefen bei kontrollierter Temperatur zwischen 12°C und 14°C induziert wird. Nach einer kurzen Reifung wurde der Wein stabilisiert und früh abgefüllt, um so alle sortentypischen und fermentativen Aromen zu bewahren.

Präsentiert eine lebendige und gut integrierte Säure, guten Volumen, mit floralen und roten Fruchtaromen, endend mit einem sehr eleganten Abgang.
Aroma von guter Intensität, mit floralen Noten von Mastix, harzigen, roten Früchten und einem leichten Bonbonaroma.
