Vinifizierung des Weins Titan Vale dos Mil Branco: Frische Trauben im idealen Reifezustand, von Hand in 20-kg-Kisten geerntet, werden in den Keller transportiert, wo sie einer sorgfältigen manuellen Auswahl, Entrappung und sanften Pressung unterzogen werden, gefolgt von einer Schalenmazeration in einem Edelstahltank für 48 Stunden. Ohne Dekantierung wurde der Most in französische Eichenfässer transferiert, wo er mit einheimischen Hefen fermentierte und 16 Monate lang mit feinen Hefen in Kontakt blieb.
