Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta do Poco do Lobo Reserva Branco: Die besten Trauben unseres Quinta do Poço do Lobo wurden zum idealen Reifezeitpunkt geerntet, entrappt und zerdrückt, anschließend bei 10 ºC mazeriert. Nach dem Pressen der Maische wurde der Most geklärt und in französischen Eichenfässern vergoren. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung erfolgte eine Batonnage über 5 Monate. Die Lagerung auf der Hefe dauerte 8 Monate.
