Vinifizierung des Vinho Duorum Tinto: Nach der Auswahl werden die Trauben am Eingang des Weinkellers entrappt, zerdrückt und in Edelstahltanks mit robotergestütztem Stampfen gegeben. In dieser Phase erfolgt die vorfermentative Mazeration bei niedrigen Temperaturen. Anschließend erfolgt die Gärung in Edelstahltanks bei einer maximal kontrollierten Temperatur von 28ºC. Reifung/ "Elevage" in französischen Eichenfässern für 12 Monate.
