Dieser Schaumwein reift 60 lange Monate in der Höhle bei einer konstanten Temperatur von 12ºC. Der Sauvignon Blanc zeigt subtile Noten von grünem Apfel aus der Vinha do Bárrio in Mogofores. Die Baga von der Quinta do Amaro in Outeiro de Baixo hebt das Potenzial des Terroirs der Bairrada für diese Rebsorte mit zarter Säure und großartigen Erdnoten hervor, die ihm Ursprung geben. Die degorgierte glacée des Schaumweins São Domingos Elpidio Cuvée Bruto befreit die Hefen, und anschließend wurden 3,70 g/L Expeditionslikör hinzugefügt, um den Wein abzuschließen. Nach einem Zeitraum von zwei Monaten nach diesem gesamten Prozess ist die Flasche Schaumwein bereit, auf den Markt zu kommen.
