Vinifizierung des Lady Baga von Quinta do Vallado: Die Trauben stammen zu 100 % von einem nach Norden ausgerichteten Weinberg in der Quinta do Orgal im Douro Superior, mit zertifizierter biologischer Vinifizierung. Um eine sanfte Extraktion zu erreichen, wurden 20 % der verwendeten Trauben im ganzen Traubenstand (nicht entrappt) und die restlichen 80 % unzerkleinert (ganze Beeren) verwendet. Nach einer Kaltmazeration von 24 Stunden fermentierten die Trauben eine Woche lang mit sehr wenig Extraktion. Direkt nach der alkoholischen Fermentation wurde der Wein in gebrauchte 225-Liter-Fässer aus französischer Eiche umgefüllt, wo die malolaktische Fermentation stattfand und er etwa 12 Monate lang lagerte.

Sehr komplex, wo wilde Früchte und Waldaromen mit einem Hauch von geröstetem Holz, in dem es gereift ist, vorherrschen.
