Nat Cool, von Natur aus „cool und funky“, ist ein innovatives Konzept von Niepoort, einer Gewerkschaftsbewegung mehrerer Produzenten mit dem Ziel, leichte, leicht zu trinkende Weine zu kreieren. Wir haben einen Wein geschaffen, der an die „trüben“ Weine der Vergangenheit erinnert, die sehr früh in Flaschen abgefüllt wurden, noch mit etwas Restzucker und in Gegenwart feiner Hefe, um in der Flasche zu gären und Kohlendioxid zu erzeugen.
Verfügt über zitronengelbe Töne mit dezenten grünlichen Akzenten
Er hat eine auffällige Säure, eine zarte Mousse, die ihm Lebendigkeit verleiht, und im Abgang einige salzige Aromen.
Seine Aromen erinnern an die Weine, die einst in der Region Vinho Verde hergestellt wurden, mit Noten von Hefe, Zitrusfrüchten, Pfirsich und Kräuternoten.
