Ein dunkles Gelbbraun mit Mahagoni in der Mitte. Ein wenig feuchte Ranzigkeit, aber die typische Madeira-Oxidation zeigt gekochte Pflaumen und einen Hauch von Nussigkeit. Am Gaumen ist er ziemlich vollmundig und sehr reichhaltig, mit einer Fülle an süßen, reichhaltigen Früchten, Pflaumen, Datteln und Agen-Pflaumen. Es gibt auch einen Hauch Zitronenschale und etwas Zimt. Die Säure ist hier dünn, mit Grapefruit und Zitrone, aber sie ist sehr gut in einen harmonischen Wein integriert, mit einem sehr langen und würzigen Orangen-Abgang.
