Die 12-monatige Reifung in französischen Eichenfässern verleiht ein komplexes Aroma mit Noten von grünem Apfel, Kamille und Honig. Am Gaumen zeigt er eine ausgewogene Cremigkeit, die durch die Säure ausgeglichen wird. Der Abgang ist harmonisch und langanhaltend.
