Vinifikation des Vinho Verde Alvarinho Soalheiro First Vineyards: Die Trauben, ausschließlich aus der Sorte Alvarinho, werden manuell in Kisten mit kleinem Fassungsvermögen geerntet und in kurzer Zeit zum Weingut transportiert. Nach dem Pressen ruht der gewonnene Most 48 Stunden lang, anschließend erfolgt die Gärung bei kontrollierter Temperatur. Die Gärung erfolgt im Wesentlichen in Edelstahltanks (etwa 15 % der Gesamtmenge gärt in gebrauchten Eichenfässern), wobei die Feinhefe bis Anfang Mai, dem Monat der Abfüllung, aufrechterhalten wird.
