Ein Single Malt Whisky, der in einer Kombination aus Bourbonfässern und Fässern aus frischer Eiche gereift ist. Als die Tomatin Distillery 1897 gegründet wurde, war die isolierte und idyllische Lage von Tomatin praktisch perfekt. Es gab jedoch kaum Arbeitskräfte vor Ort und die lokale Bevölkerung bestand aus verstreuten Hirten und Händlern. Das Unternehmen begann mit einem Bauprojekt, um seine Belegschaft unterzubringen. Seitdem ist die Brennerei das Herzstück der Gemeinde geblieben, und die Gemeinde wiederum ist eng mit der Brennerei verbunden. Dieses Erbe bleibt bestehen und Tomatin ist weiterhin eine der wenigen Brennereien, die ihre engagierten Handwerker beherbergen. Die Reifezeit in Bourbonfässern und Fässern aus frischer Eiche verleiht The Tomatin Legacy, einem torffreien Whisky, der Aromen von Vanilleschote, weißer Schokolade und Zimt offenbart, eine subtile Süße. Am Gaumen tauchen sanfte Wellen von frischen Früchten mit einer Spur Ingwer auf, bevor ein leichter, klarer Abgang endet.
