Vinifizierung des Weins Vallado Reserva Field Blend Tinto: Ein Teil der Trauben wird zu Fuß im Lagar gestampft. Die restlichen Trauben werden in fünf Tonnen fassenden Edelstahltanks mit kontrollierter Temperatur und robotergestützter Umwälzung vinifiziert. Reifung: Nach der malolaktischen Fermentation werden alle Weine in 225-Liter-Fässer aus französischer Eiche umgefüllt, wo sie 18 Monate verbleiben.
