Nach mehreren Jahren des Experimentierens stellt Martin Miller's Gin den Solera Reserve vor, der auf Konsistenz ausgelegt ist. Der Gin ruht mindestens 9 Monate oder Monde in luftgetrockneten Eichenfässern, was dem Gin eine außergewöhnliche Tiefe verleiht.
In unserem Fassladen in Borgarnes, Island, gereift, wo das Klima kühl und überraschend trocken ist, verlangsamt diese ideale Atmosphäre den Alterungsprozess erheblich und verleiht dem Gin subtile, aber erhabene Verbesserungen. Der Neumondzyklus bestimmt den Zeitplan für die Mischung der Fässer in jeder Saison und gewährleistet durch die Solera-Alterungsmethode eine gleichbleibende Qualität.
