In der Nase ist er zart, süß und blumig, mit einer würzigen Schärfe (Noten von Kardamom und Ingwer). Am Gaumen ist er weich, subtil, rund, mit etwas Gras, Blumen und Gewürzen. Der blumige Geschmack der Weinblüte sticht hervor, begleitet von Wacholder, Kardamom und Ingwer, der in blumigen Aromen endet und in einem sehr langen und trockenen Abgang endet.
