Cremige Noten von Fenchel und Anis in den Noten; Der Anis scheint etwas vorne zu sein, gefolgt vom Wacholder. In der Nase wird Wacholder fachmännisch mit Fenchel vermischt, wodurch ein hybrider Fenchelsamen mit Wacholdergewürz an den Rändern entsteht. Wirklich herrlich. Am Gaumen Wacholder zu Beginn mit einer immergrünen Nadel-/Kiefernnote. Der mittlere Gaumen ist voller Noten wie Jingle Cookie, wobei Anis und Fenchel eine helle, süße Gewürznote ergeben. Im Abgang kommen Koriander und eine subtile cremige Vanille-Heu-Note hinzu, die mich an die cremigen Noten von Wodka allein erinnert. Der Abgang ist hell und sauber, als würde man auf einem Fenchelsamen kauen. So wie man es vielleicht aus der Schüssel auf der Theke neben der Kasse in einem indischen Restaurant zubereiten würde. Aber ich schweife ab. Ich mag den Fenchel hier wirklich, er ist so schön, wie ich ihn noch nie in einem Gin probiert habe.
