Ein zeitloser Klassiker, eine Cuvée, die die Frische und Leichtigkeit eines wiederbelebten Alentejo ausdrückt. Aus unseren Weinbergen in Vidigueira, auf ton-kalkhaltigen Böden, stammen die Trauben, die wir für diese Cuvée verwenden, bestehend aus Syrah, Touriga Franca, Trincadeira und Alicante Bouschet. Unsere Lese erfolgt von Hand und findet nachts in den kühleren Stunden der Morgendämmerung statt. Alle Trauben werden an der Sortiertheke geprüft, um sicherzustellen, dass nur die besten Trauben zur spontanen Gärung gelangen, die nach einer Philosophie minimaler Intervention erfolgt. Der Wein reifte teilweise 12 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern und ebenfalls 12 Monate im Edelstahl, Stabilisierung vor der Abfüllung.
