Esprit Nature ist Maison Henri Girauds Antwort auf die Vision, wie ein natürlicher Champagner konzipiert werden sollte. Auf traditionelle Weise hergestellt, aber ohne den Einsatz von Chemikalien beim Anbau der Trauben, symbolisiert dieser Champagner das unerschütterliche Engagement des Weinguts für den Schutz der Natur. Seine ausgeprägten mineralischen Noten und die angenehm fruchtige Intensität zeichnen ihn aus. Bemerkenswert ist, dass sich der Name der Cuvée nicht auf die Dosage bezieht, sondern das Umweltengagement des Weinguts widerspiegelt.
