Produzieren Sie hochwertigen Madeirawein in begrenzten Mengen. Nach 75 Jahren verfolge ich weiterhin die Idee meines Großvaters Mário, respektiere unsere Geschichte, verzichte aber nie auf Intuition und Innovation. In den letzten Jahren hatte ich das Privileg, an einigen Projekten mit den Familien Favila Vieira (Ribeiro Real) und Manuel Eugénio Fernandes (Seixal) zu arbeiten und so die langen Freundschaften meines Großvaters und meiner Mutter fortzuführen. Für diese Charge habe ich drei Weine kombiniert: Sercial, Verdelho und Malvasia, die jeweils die Verbundenheit unserer Familien bei der Bewahrung des Madeiraweins und seiner Geschichte symbolisieren. Diese Rebsortenmischung ergibt einen Wein, der sich durch eine außergewöhnliche und unvergessliche Säure auszeichnet. Im November 2021 wurden 618 Einheiten abgefüllt, alle einzeln nummeriert.
