Dieser Branntwein entsteht durch eine sorgfältige Auswahl der besten frischen Trester, um ein Produkt von hoher Qualität zu erhalten. Der Alkohol wird durch Dampfdestillation extrahiert, wobei Dampf durch die Massen (Schalen und Kerne) der Traube geleitet wird, die bei der Weinherstellung anfallen. Mit dem Wissen aus über 75 Jahren Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Branntweinen wählen wir die besten Chargen durch organoleptische Prüfung aus, um eine harmonische, abgestimmte und reiche Mischung zu erzielen.
