Vinifikation des Tinto Ribeiro Santo Encruzado und Touriga Nacional 2014: Encruzado-Trauben getrennt von denen des Touriga Nacional geerntet – der gesamte Prozess wurde einzeln durchgeführt. Die Mischung bestimmt den Anteil der einzelnen Rebsorten – 15 % Encruzado und 85 % Touriga Nacional. Manuelle Ernte. Vollständige Entrappung. Längere Mazeration im Edelstahltank. Alkoholische Gärung mit einheimischen Hefen bei kontrollierter Temperatur für 20 Tage. Schritt Fuß. Dekantierung in neue 225-Liter-Fässer aus französischer Eiche für 12 Monate. Nach der Reifung erfolgte das Mischen.

Im Mund ist er sehr elegant, mit einer starken Säure, sehr feinen Tanninen und einem langen, mineralischen Abgang.
