Vinifizierung des Weins Marques de Borba Vinhas Velhas Branco: Die Trauben werden früh morgens von Hand in kleine Kisten geerntet, um die Frische zu bewahren. Die Trauben werden vor der Vinifizierung in einem Kühlraum gekühlt. Die Gärung erfolgt in Edelstahltanks mit Temperaturkontrolle. Nach einem Drittel der alkoholischen Gärung wird der Most in neue und gebrauchte Fässer umgefüllt, wo die Gärung abgeschlossen wird.
