Vinifizierung des Madeira-Weins Barbeito Malvasia 2007 Single Cask: Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ein Malvasia aus dem Jahr 2007 in der Kategorie Einzelfassabfüllung abgefüllt wurde. Dieser Wein wurde in einer kontinuierlichen Presse vinifiziert und in einem halbsüßen Zustand fortifiziert. Er begann seine Reifung im Lager D, bei hohen Temperaturen, wo er schnell an Konzentration gewann. 2017 wurde das Fass in das Lager E transferiert, das, da es kühler ist, eine langsamere und ausgewogenere Entwicklung des Weins in seiner Verbindung zwischen Säure und Zucker ermöglichte. Im April 2024 wurden 925 Einheiten zu 500 ml und 60 Double Magnum abgefüllt, alle nummeriert.
