Vinificação: O Envelope Tinto resulta de um lote com Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz e Tinto Cão proveniente de vinhas com 40 anos vinificado com 100% de engaço. A meio do processo de forma a evitar a adstringência dos taninos, interrompemos o contato com a película. Estagiou 12 meses em barricas de 300L de carvalho francês e, de seguida,permaneceu durante mais 8 meses em garrafa antes de sair para o mercado.
