Nach dem Zerkleinern werden sie mittels traditioneller Fußtritttechnik in Marmorpressen gestampft. In einen Edelstahltank umfüllen, wo die alkoholische Gärung endet. Es folgt eine 12-tägige Mazeration nach der Gärung. Reifung: 12 Monate in neuen halben Fässern aus amerikanischer und französischer Eiche.
Es ist ein kraftvoller, eleganter und weicher Rotwein mit kompakten Tanninen und großer Nachhaltigkeit im Abgang.
