Der Wein A de Arinto wurde aus einer einzigen Rebsorte, Arinto, hergestellt. Die Reifung der Trauben war langsam und sehr ausgewogen, sie wurden in der zweiten Oktoberwoche geerntet, wobei die gewünschte Säure und ein guter Gesundheitszustand der Trauben erhalten blieben. Nach sorgfältiger Auswahl auf dem Förderband wurden die Trauben leicht zu Fuß zerdrückt, um die Beeren zu brechen, und 12 Stunden lang mit ganzen Trauben mazeriert, anschließend direkt gepresst, ohne Dekantierung, in gebrauchte französische Eichenfässer mit 225 und 228 Litern, wo sie natürlich mit einheimischen Hefen vergoren wurden und ohne Batonnage in denselben Fässern 10 Monate lang reiften, ohne Umfüllen und mit den Hefen der Gärung bis zur Abfüllung. Ein Wein mit gutem Alterungspotential.

Im Geschmack ein kräftiger und mineralischer Einstieg mit vorherrschender Zitrusnote und voluminös. Zitronenschale, mittlerer Körper und ebenfalls mittleres Finale.
In der Nase leichte Reduktion, Aromen von getrocknetem Gras, Apfel und leichter Toastnote vom Fass.
