Desde o início do século XX e até hoje, as propriedades em que é cultivado o trigo de elevada qualidade usado na produção do spirit de Stolichnaya, situam-se na região de Tambov, na Rússia, onde se localiza também a sua ultra-moderna destilaria - Talvis. O spirit de Stolichnaya é cuidadosamente destilado apenas por três vezes, de maneira a manter o caráter rico do trigo russo. É na magnífica Latvijas Balzams - uma catedral para produção de vodka mandada edificar pelo Czar em 1901, na Letónia – que se conclui o processo produtivo da vodka Stolichnaya. O spirit de Stolichanya é filtrado 4 vezes, primeiro através de areia de quartzo e depois através do carvão vegetal de madeira de bétula russa e, finalmente, é misturado com água pura de nascente, resultando numa vodka de qualidade excepcional, que é engarrafada também na Latvijas Balzams e só posteriormente expedida para vários países do mundo.Stoli Premium é excepcionalmente suave com leves aromas frutados, mantendo os sinais autênticos de vodka tradicionalmente destilada.
