Vinifizierung des Weins Mouchao Tonel 3-4 Tinto 2013: Die Trauben der Rebsorte Alicante Bouschet wurden in 20-kg-Kisten geerntet und sofort vinifiziert. Ohne Entrappung erfolgte die Gärung in Lagares mit Fußstampfen. Nach der Gärung wurde der Wein in die Fässer Nr. 3 und Nr. 4 umgefüllt. Reifung: Die Reifung erfolgte über 36 Monate in den Fässern Nr. 3 und Nr. 4, wobei seine Entwicklung regelmäßig durch Verkostung bewertet wurde, um die Abfüllung als Tonel Nr. 3-4 zu bestätigen.
