Die sorgfältig ausgewählten Trauben wurden im Ganzen gepresst, um einen hochwertigen Most zu erhalten. Die Tränenwürze wurde abgekühlt und dann 48 Stunden lang bei niedrigen Temperaturen dekantiert. Die Gärung erfolgte 20 Tage lang in einem Edelstahltank bei etwa 16 °C und anschließend erfolgte eine Reifung auf Feinhefe. Nach der klassischen Methode fand eine zweite Gärung in der Flasche statt, wodurch der Schaumwein einzigartige Eigenschaften, erfrischende und lebendige Aromen entwickeln konnte, die zeigen, wie sich Alvarinho in seiner Fülle verhält. Schließlich wurde in der letzten Phase der Produktion, nach dem Ende der Gärung, das Degorgieren durchgeführt.
Am Gaumen ist er ausgewogen, zwischen Zitrusaromen, einer erfrischenden Säure und den blumigen Noten, die er in die Nase bringt. Speichelfluss und eleganter Abgang.
