Dieser vollmundige Petrus hat eine dichte rubinrote/violette Farbe mit Untertönen und Aromen von Kirschwasser, Himbeermarmelade, Holzgewürzen und Brombeeren. Ein unbestreitbarer Erfolg im Jahr 2011. Er ist reichhaltig, vielschichtig und rein mit leichtem bis mäßigem Tannin, wirkt aber im Vergleich zu seinem Stammkollegen Trotanoy etwas weniger muskulös und tanninhaltig.
